Article 1 - Purpose
This contract is intended for the exclusive use of booking B&B stays. Our guests will receive the best possible welcome. The owner undertakes to personally welcome them with all the necessary attention to facilitate their stay and their knowledge of the region.
Article 2 - Duration of stay
The client signing this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain on the premises.
Article 3 - Reservation and Conclusion of the contract.
The bank deposit validates your reservation, it will be charged in the event of cancellation on your part less than 7 days before your arrival (see article 4)
Article 4 - Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified by email to the owner.
a) You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 8 days before arrival.
b) If the client does not arrive before 10 p.m. on the scheduled start date of the stay, this contract becomes null and void and the owner may dispose of the guest rooms. The deposit remains with the owner, who reserves the right to claim the balance of the accommodation price.
c) In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains entirely acquired by the owner.
Article 5 - Cancellation by the owner
When the owner cancels the stay before the start of the stay, he must inform the customer by email with a read confirmation.
The customer, without prejudice to any recourse for compensation for any damages suffered, will be immediately reimbursed for the sums paid.
Article 6 - Arrival -
The guest must arrive on the day specified in the reservation, from 5 p.m. (room availability time) and before 8 p.m. In case of late or delayed arrival, the guest must notify the owner. Please do not arrive after 10 p.m.
Article 7 -departure-
Check-out time from rooms is 10 a.m. at the latest.
Article 8 -
Consumption and additional services not mentioned in the contract or estimate will be payable to the owner at the end of the stay.
Article 9- Change of room
Without the customer being able to claim any compensation, the owner reserves the right to change the room initially reserved by the customer for a room of the same capacity. In such a case, the cost of the reservation remains unchanged.
Article 10 - Use of the premises
The guest must respect the peaceful nature of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He undertakes to return the rooms in good condition and must report any damage for which he may be responsible and assume responsibility for repairs.
Our guests' attention is drawn to the fact that minors on the property are placed under the sole supervision of their parents or persons having authority over them.
The entire house is a non-smoking area.
Article 11 - Capacity
This contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse additional customers.
This refusal cannot under any circumstances be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the initiative of the owner, so that in the event of the departure of a number of customers greater than those refused, no reimbursement can be considered.
Article 12-Animals
Pets welcome, we only accept one dog on the property.
Our conditions for welcoming your dog. Only on request. Only the Cardamine room will be offered for welcoming a maximum of one dog with a supplement of €7 per day.
If the customer fails to comply with this clause, this cannot be considered as a modification or termination of the contract at the owner's initiative, so that in the event of the customer's departure, no refund can be considered.
Article 13-
These terms and conditions of sale are subject to change at any time without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions of sale are deemed to have been acquired upon payment of the deposit.
