Breakfast and dinner are served in the common room

Barbara has completed HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) training which validates mastery of the prevention system relating to food safety and hygiene.

The dishes will be prepared with taste just as Barbara learned them with her grandmother, you will be able to savor family recipes, generous with products from our vegetable garden and our orchard where for 15 years we have been cultivating vegetable and fruit varieties adapted to terroirs of our region.

We offer you a range of cooked meals, salads and desserts in Vrai & Bon jars which are handcrafted.

These pots are made in Hauts de France.

Recipes created by Master Artisan Philippe Boucquez with partner Chef Michel Grobon (former Chef at the Maison Blanche) in Val de Luce, a house founded in 1981.
